Welcome to the website of the Spanish Technology Platform for  Sustainable Chemistry

The Spanish Technology Platform for Sustainable Chemistry (SusChem - España) is an initiative of the Spanish Chemical Industry Federation (FEIQUE) in collaboration with the Spanish Association of Bioenterprises (ASEBIO), the Spanish Federation of Innovation and Technology Organisations (FEDIT) and the network of University Technology Transfer Offices (Red OTRI). The Platform is supported by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation, and has the permanent collaboration of the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) a Spanish public organisation, under the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.

Following its homologous European Platform (SUSCHEM), the Spanish Platform has been established as a response to the growing need of the chemical industry to increase and assure its competitiveness on the long run, based on global and strategic R&D and innovative actions.

The Platform has as its main goal to support the success of the chemical industry and associated industrial sectors stimulating research and development both in  private and public research communities For this, a network of strategic and intellectual collaborations will be established, covering all the innovation process (from idea to market).
